The "playground" is a bottom-up decision-making system in the form of a game. In this maze, each player has the right to control one check on the checkboard. Through guessing, cheating, discussing, and collaborating, players help the NPC they support get to the destination first and win the game. The cyber horse-racing game with changeable racing tracks is a way to discuss how a system with a bottom-up decision-making mechanism will evolve with unequal information distribution.
